What that looks like in the suite
Nurses administer therapy pursuant to the prescriber’s order. Pharmacists review the medication, counseling, and follow-up. The room is a monitored ambulatory infusion suite, not an emergency department. Patients who need hospital-level rescue stay in a hospital setting.
What happens before the first appointment
We run benefits investigation and prior authorization so the first visit is not cancelled for coverage. That is the unglamorous half of patient-centered care.
What happens after
