Job Description
We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support the accuracy, efficiency, and safety of our specialty pharmacy operations. You will assist pharmacists with prescription processing, manage medication inventory, and help ensure our patients receive their therapies on time. Your role will involve careful data entry, order verification, and coordination with our clinical and patient care teams.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work alongside pharmacists, patient care coordinators, and reimbursement specialists to keep prescriptions moving smoothly from intake to delivery. From processing insurance claims to preparing medications for dispensing, you will be central to our day-to-day operations.
Beyond daily tasks, you'll take part in inventory audits, quality assurance checks, and supporting our ACHC accreditation standards. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented and enjoys being part of a team that directly improves patients' lives.
What you'll bring
As a Pharmacy Technician, you'll help keep our pharmacy operations accurate, efficient, and patient-focused. You should be comfortable with prescription processing, inventory management, and pharmacy software while supporting the day-to-day needs of our patients and clinical team.
- 3–5 years of hands-on pharmacy technician experience.
- Active CPhT registration with the California State Board of Pharmacy.
- Experience with pharmacy management and dispensing software.
- Familiarity with insurance claims and prior authorization workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
