Job Description
We are looking for a Pharmacist-in-Charge to take ownership of pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, and clinical quality at our Phoenix location. You will guide a team of pharmacists and technicians to deliver safe, accurate, and compassionate care, while ensuring we continue to meet ACHC accreditation standards.
As Pharmacist-in-Charge, you'll oversee daily operations, set quality assurance protocols, and make sure the pharmacy remains compliant with state board and federal regulations. You will also collaborate with patient care and reimbursement teams to align clinical care with patient support services.
The ideal candidate will combine regulatory knowledge with hands-on pharmacy leadership. You'll evaluate workflows, mentor staff, and use quality metrics to continuously improve patient outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading a team while staying close to clinical practice.
What you'll bring
As a Pharmacist-in-Charge, you'll be responsible for pharmacy compliance, operational oversight, and mentoring a team of pharmacy professionals to achieve strong patient outcomes. You should be comfortable balancing hands-on clinical work with leadership, ensuring operations align with both regulatory requirements and patient needs.
- 5–7 years of experience in pharmacy practice, including leadership responsibilities.
- Active, unrestricted California pharmacist license (PIC eligibility required).
- Strong knowledge of ACHC accreditation and state board regulations.
- Experience managing pharmacy staff and daily operations.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality assurance.
