Job Description
We're hiring a Staff Pharmacist to support our ACHC-accredited specialty pharmacy in Phoenix. You will review and dispense complex medication regimens, verify orders for accuracy, and counsel patients on proper use, storage, and administration of their prescriptions. Your role is central to safe, patient-centered care.
Daily responsibilities include performing clinical medication reviews, coordinating with prescribers on therapy questions, and working closely with our patient care coordinators on insurance and financial assistance matters. You will also help maintain quality assurance protocols and support our commitment to accreditation standards.
This position is well-suited for someone who is detail-oriented, compassionate, and comfortable managing complex medication therapies. By staying current on clinical best practices and collaborating closely with providers and patients, you will play a vital role in the wellbeing of the people we serve.
What you'll bring
As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll combine clinical expertise with genuine patient care to support individuals managing complex health conditions. You should be comfortable working directly with patients and providers, reviewing therapy plans, and collaborating with our pharmacy team to keep care coordinated and compassionate.
- Active, unrestricted California pharmacist license.
- Experience with specialty medication dispensing and clinical review.
- Familiarity with insurance navigation and prior authorizations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
- Ability to communicate clearly with patients, caregivers, and providers.
